Mayonnaise, parmesan cheese (grated), diced red onion, cream cheese (softened) and drained artichoke hearts which you have cut into small pieces.
Separately MIX together
¾ cup of Old Tomorrow Canadian Pale Ale and the 2 Tablespoons of flour
Add the beer/flour mixture to the mixture of ingredients above.
PLACE the dip in an oven safe baking dish.
SPREAD the shredded parmesan cheese and sliced scallions on top.
BAKE in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
SERVE with crackers, warm pita bread, firm chips, any crusty bread or an array of firm veggies. Perfect for spreading.
